- Manage team of 10-12 sales representatives
- Utilize appropriate analytics to identify sales opportunities
- Set goals and utilize metrics and key performance indicators to demonstrate impact
- 3+ years of strong sales management experience. Gastroenterology experience a plus. Looking for someone who is take-charge, results-driven and with strong account management skills.
- Bachelor’s Degree Required
Compensation and Benefits
- Base: $120,000 -$145000
Bonus:$75,000 @ plan
