Regional Sales Manager
Atlantic Management Resources has partnered with an established pharmaceutical company that licenses, develops, and markets specialty products.
This is an excellent opportunity for an established Pharmaceutical Sales Manager with current experience calling on Hospital accounts.
- Manage a team of 8-10 KAMs
- Hospital experience: Has led a team that sells hospital based products.
- Must be very strategic and a good leader
- Must have a good understanding of the selling process with hospitals.
- Utilize appropriate analytics to identify sales opportunities
- Set goals and utilize metrics and key performance indicators to demonstrate impact
- Must have 3+ years managing Hospital reps selling hospital based products.
- Dedicated Hospital management and selling experience is required.
- Anti-Infective experience a plus.
- Must have documentation of success.
- Bachelor's Degree is required.
