    This is an excellent opportunity a first line Sales Manager to promote Oncology franchises.

     

    Responsibilities

    • Manage team of 10-12 sales representatives
    • Utilize appropriate analytics to identify sales opportunities
    • Set goals and utilize metrics and key performance indicators to demonstrate impact

      

    Qualifications

    • Someone with 5+ years of strong pharmaceutical sales management experience.
    • Looking for someone who is take-charge, results-driven and with strong account management skills.
    • 2+ years Oncology sales experience a MUST
    • Bachelor’s Degree Required

     

    Compensation and Benefits

    • Base: $140000 - $180000
    • Bonus: $45000
